- Listings must represent a genuine, operating business.
- Duplicate or spam listings for the same business are not permitted.
- Businesses must promptly update listings that become inaccurate.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
When using Citi App, you agree not to:
- Post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews or listings.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute directory data without permission.
- Attempt to interfere with the platform's security or normal operation.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Content Ownership
Business owners retain ownership of the content they submit but grant Citi App a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform and its marketing channels. Citi App retains ownership of its own branding, design, and directory infrastructure.
Third-Party Listings Disclaimer
Citi App is a discovery platform that connects users with local businesses. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of any product or service offered by listed businesses. Any transactions or interactions with listed businesses are solely between the user and that business.
Limitation of Liability
Citi App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citi App and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on listed business information.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Citi App for any user or business found to be in violation of these terms, without prior notice, at our discretion.
